• The Career Model [is] based around career as a noun, meaning an occupation undertaken for a significant period with opportunities for progress.
  •  model works for those that get enough benefit from fitting into pre-defined roles
• Problems start to arise when:
  • an individual finds out that their chosen lane isn’t for them
  • an individual starts to discover new roles or lanes
• When individuals “change careers” or “build a new career” they’re careering!
