Officers) set up “The Golden Triangle” Opium Trafficking Operation at the end of WWII, through Cuba, to supply “covert funding” (outside of the Constitutional authority of Congress) to “supplement” The Anderson Trust supply of covert funding to “The War Without Boundaries” against “The Enemies of Fascism.” Paul Helliwell and The S.E.A. Supply Corporation (South East Asian Supply Corporation) in Havana (The Business Alliance between the C.I.A., Cuban Dictator Batista and Santos Trafficante, The Havana Don of the American Mafia) secretly financing weapons and supplies to the “Nationalist Chinese” against Mao; The International Business Corporation (of William D. Pawley); The World Business Corporation (of Allen Dulles and William Donovan); The Creation, by Charles Willoughby, William D. Pawley and H.L. Hunt of Texas of the “private” covert operations “intelligence agencies” (A) “Field Operations Intelligence” and (B) “Foreign Intelligence Digest” in Texas to “supplement” the C.I.A. surveillance against “domestic subversives”;
