    • one launch was eEstimates, the integration of our Estimate product with the Patient Payments product to surface digital estimates to patients for payment

  • one product team was using it, others were not
    • they expressed interest in this
  • as the PMM mainly using it, i recognized the opportunity to implement org-wide
  • I scheduled a meeting with top leader from VP of Product, VP of UI/UX, VP on Engineering, and more to pitch the Pendo use case
  • UI/UX leader loved it and help use his organizational political power to help push adoption
  • This was starting to get used by the UI/UX team i worked with and they expressed very positive feedback
